Whether participants arrive from Stockholm or from other parts of the world by train or flight to Stockholm-Arlanda Airport, it is convenient to meet at the Radisson Blu Arlandia Hotel and Conference center. The venue has the Nordic eco label The Swan and is also Climate-neutral conference at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport.
Our spacious Congress Hall, for up to 250 delegates in theater style, and the hall Cassiopeia for up to 100 delegates, are some of the most popular venues for launches and Annual Meetings. In connection to the main venue we offer several conference rooms and event areas for product placement and mingle areas as well as for seminars. Outside the large Congress Hall we arrange for the welcome committee to be seated.
All venues have wireless internet access and natural daylight. During the breaks our famous coffee buffets are served, offering a wide range of pastries, cheese, crackers, fruit and much more. The Restaurant with seating for up to 400 guests offer tailor made menus for groups of different sizes. All from a 3- course banquet meal to buffet dinners or mingle menus. During the dinner there can be music, speakers or other type of entertainment.
