IT Concierge

IT hotel concierge provides technical support to guests on the "everyday" functionality as a computer user within our hotel environment. This can include the use of the Internet, printing documents or alternative access to document (via CD-ROM or Web links). The IT Concierge is on site 5 days a week, at between 07.00 and 22.00. Other times there is help available through our international IT support.
