IT Concierge

The hotel's IT Concierge provides technical support to guests on the "everyday" functionality as a computer user within the hotel environment. This can include use of the Internet, printing documents or alternative access to documents (via CD-ROM or Web links). The IT Concierge is on site five days a week between 07:00 and 22:00. During other times, help is available through the hotel's international IT support.
