Talavera Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel’s culinary team selects only the finest seasonal products available and adjusts the menu accordingly throughout the year. The menu always includes several vegetarian and healthy-choice options. Guests with special dietary needs or wishes will be happily accommodated in true “Yes I Can!” spirit.
In addition, the culinary team offers a freshly prepared soup of the day, as well as daily lunch and dinner specials.
Breakfast
Each morning guests are offered the Radisson Blu’s trademark Super Breakfast Buffet, featuring classics like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and fried tomatoes. In addition, guests will find a wide selection of fresh fruits, cold cuts and baked goods and a few Dutch traditionals like hagelslag and muisjes. The Super Breakfast Buffet also includes a variety of drinks and juices including freshly squeezed orange juice, a homemade smoothie and a choice of freshly brewed coffee, cappuccino or espresso.
Lunch
Talavera Restaurant offers a setting in which work and pleasure perfectly combine to form a successful business lunch. Soups and salads, such as Talavera’s traditional homemade Caesar salad, are offered in addition to a variety of delicious sandwiches, main courses and desserts, like the fresh fruit salad with sorbet.
Dinner
Talavera provides guests with a wonderful fine dining experience in a modern and subdued atmosphere. The menu boasts regionally inspired dishes with a modern flair and a distinctive elegance in presentation and taste.
Talavera Restaurant features a monthly speciality menu with dishes based on season and feel, and staff experts select unique wines to complement these phenomenal dishes. Of course, a full wine list is available as well.
