The hotel has two meeting rooms that can seat 10-40 people. Located on lobby area, the Boardroom offers convenient connection with Lobby Bar and Business services center. Boardrooms offer all necessary equipment and office supplies to hold successful meeting or training session.

Sary Arka Ballroom
Bring harmony to any meeting at the beautiful Sary Arka Ballroom. The hall is 1400 square metres in size and can seat up to 1000 reception style and 900 people theatre-style. With a ceiling height of 4,35 meters, the spacious Sary Arka Ballroom offers a contemporary setting for any function. It has separate access from the main road for easy unloading of equipment and exhibition stands.

Sary Arka Ballroom can be divided into three smaller rooms: Sary Arka 2 and Sary Arka 3 which all have a natural daylight. The pre-function area (with a capacity up to 200 people) is the perfect space for welcome cocktails and receptions.
