The Radisson Blu Hotel, Biarritz offers a cuisine that ranges from fine dining to light snacks in its Onyx and Transat Restaurants, to satisfy both small and large appetites. The Onyx Bar and the Sky Bar are perfect places to relax whilst enjoying the panoramic views.

The Onyx and Transat Restaurants serve tasty starters, traditional main courses with fish or meat and sumptuous desserts, or perhaps something lighter with fruit. Vegetarian and diet dishes are also available, without forgetting the large range of wines and aperitifs. Guests of this four-star international hotel can also enjoy room service 24 hours a day.

The hotel in Biarritz offers workshops directed by Chef Alexandre Licakis and his team. An enjoyable time for all is guaranteed – the hotel can arrange cooking parties (6 to 12 people) or tapas parties (8 to 40 people) for meetings, group meals, after-work parties or evenings with friends (by reservation only – the sales team will be delighted to answer any questions).

The Sky-Bar, with its superb view over the Atlantic (open during Spring until Autumn) offers parties, activities and events: DJs, music, salsa evenings, BBQ lunches and dinners.

Our bars and restaurants are open to all guests as well as visitors. Everyone taking a meal at the hotel enjoys free parking and access to the hotel’s private swimming pool.

For the younger members of the family, the restaurants offer special menus; the same exciting tastes but with child-friendly portions.

The best tables are always in demand and early booking is therefore recommended to ensure a fantastic view of the ocean.

Onyx Restaurant

Run by Chef Alexandre Licakis, the Onyx Restaurant offers freshly prepared food, in a modern informal atmosphere. The meals created by the chef are both international and inspired by traditional Basque cuisine. A warm welcome and a light bright ambiance make the Onyx Restaurant a very special place for lunches and dinners as well as for receptions.

Throughout the year from 6.30am to 10.30am (11.00am at weekends), the Onyx Restaurant offers the Super Breakfast Buffet. This buffet provides a sumptuous range of regional and international products: local ham and cheeses, different varieties of tea, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruits as well as a large choice of homemade bread, pastries, pancakes and waffles, making it the most important meal of the day. The buffet is also open to non-residents (by reservation).

Onyx Bar

Light and cheerful, the Onyx Bar makes a friendly, informal and welcoming meeting place to enjoy time with friends or family whilst sampling a café gourmand (a coffee with a selection of mini desserts) or a glass of wine accompanied by a selection of tapas. It is also a great meeting place for groups.

Transat Restaurant

From the panoramic roof terrace of the Transat Restaurant, the ocean spreads out as far as the eye can see. Relaxing, stylish and unique, this is the restaurant to taste the contemporary cooking of Chef Alexandre Licakis. His style is a subtle blend of flavours discovered during his travels throughout the world with his own original style of cooking. In fine weather, BBQs, à la plancha specialities and themed meals complete the offer.
