Run by Chef Alexandre Licakis, the Onyx Restaurant offers freshly prepared food, in a modern informal atmosphere. The meals created by the chef are both international and inspired by traditional Basque cuisine. A warm welcome and a light bright ambiance make the Onyx Restaurant a very special place for lunches and dinners as well as for receptions.

Throughout the year from 6.30am to 10.30am (11.00am at weekends), the Onyx Restaurant offers the Super Breakfast Buffet. This buffet provides a sumptuous range of regional and international products: local ham and cheeses, different varieties of tea, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruits as well as a large choice of homemade bread, pastries, pancakes and waffles, making it the most important meal of the day. The buffet is also open to non-residents (by reservation).
