Ideally located in the centre of town and near the beaches, the Radisson Blu Hotel Biarritz has a great location, close to Biarritz’s four congress centres; the Bellevue, the Casino and the Gare du midi all are within ten minutes away. The Iraty Exhibition Hall is a ten-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel has reserved underground parking for 75 cars, specifically for guests, giving them easy access to the hotel and to the rest of Biarritz.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Biarritz has seven modular meeting rooms, all on one level spanning 430 square metres, and can accommodate from two to 150 people, with the possibility of an additional eight break-out rooms of 55 square metres, using the hotel’s Junior Suites. The rooms can be used for all types of events, including conferences, seminars, study days, day or part day meetings, training days, management meetings and business meetings. The rooms can also be used for private banquets such as weddings, birthday meals, anniversaries or company dinners, and product launches, with the possibility to display a car or other equipment in the main lobby of the hotel. Spacious and functional, the meeting rooms offer a dedicated self-contained space with all the necessary equipment (screen, paperboard, bio-dynamic lighting, video projector and more) and Free high-speed Internet access throughout the entire hotel.

In the case of corporate or private events, coffee breaks and meals can be served on the fantastic panoramic rooftop terrace, when the weather is favourable, or in the hotel's modular restaurant, the Onyx, as an alternative.

The open-air terrace also lends itself to cocktails or private parties (up to 300 people) in an exceptional environment with a marvellous view of the town, the ocean and the mountains. In addition, the Onyx Bar is ideal for coffee breaks and informal small meetings.

The sales team and meeting coordinator are available to advise and to make the most out of the available 430 square metres of space, as well as the business centre and eight break-out rooms. They work to review and determine all the possibilities and tailored solutions available for large scale events (banquets, gala dinners, residential seminars, etc.).

Sporting and leisure activities are available close to the hotel and include golf, tennis, horse riding, rugby, rambling, trips, excursions, surfing and Basque Pelota. The exploration of the Basque Country in 4X4s, 2 CVs, on mountain bikes or white water rafting on one of the Pyrenees’ fast-flowing rivers, creates the opportunity to experience an unforgettable adventure.
