Conference Facilities
The Radisson Blu Hotel, Cologne is the ideal place to host successful meetings and events. The inviting atmosphere and casual ambience makes guests feel welcome upon their arrival.
The hotel boasts 10 spacious conference facilities and meeting rooms. The largest of the conference rooms, the Auditorium Maximum, has ground level access, spans 340 square metres and can accommodate up to 250 delegates. For large events for as many as 1,500 guests, indoor and outdoor facilities are available.
Five well-equipped meeting rooms on the first floor are accessible via elevator. An additional five conference rooms and the Forum breakout area are located on the ground floor and provide access to the inner courtyard. All meeting rooms offer natural light and state-of-the art conference technology, including video conferencing capability and high-speed, wireless Internet access for all delegates, included in the rates.
Auditorium 1 - 3
The Auditorium Maximum is the hotel's largest conference room. It spans 340 square metres and accommodates up to 250 delegates in classroom-style seating. This expansive room can be divided into three smaller rooms of 110 square metres each.
Concilium
The Concilium rooms are perfect for small- and medium-sized meetings for as many as 40 attendees. The rooms, sized 60 and 95 square metres, can be connected to provide an additional spacious meeting room.
Colloquium 1 - 4
These boardrooms, ranging in size from 24 square metres to 48 square metres, are suitable for 10 to 16 people in a classroom style-seating arrangement. The Colloquium 2 and 3 rooms can be combined, offering a variety of seating options.
Tablinum
The Tablinum room is ideal for private meetings and small conferences. It has a fixed conference table that comfortably seats 12 people.
