Four of the Comfort Rooms at the hotel are furnished with facilities that offer conveniences for guests with physical disabilities. These rooms are located on floors two to five of the hotel, about 10 metres from the elevators, and offer either twin-sized beds or a queen-sized bed in rooms that can be adjoined. In addition to all of the amenities of the Comfort Rooms, the Accessible Rooms also feature an additional lower door viewer, extra-large bathroom, over-sized doors, low washbasin, shower with wheelchair access and stool and handles in the shower, among other conveniences. The elevator buttons are equipped with Braille lettering, and four dedicated accessible parking spaces are available in the hotel garage.
The hotel provides easy access upon arrival, with a ramp at the entrance and a large revolving door to the ground-level restaurants. Meeting rooms are also accessible on the ground floor or by elevator. The front desk staff is available to provide assistance 24 hours a day.
