Rôtisserie serves the splendid Vital Breakfast that allows guests to enjoy a wide array of continental, North American and Scandinavian selections, as well as dishes from the classic English breakfast. Savour delicacies like made-to-order eggs, homemade Bircher Müsli, smoked fish, fresh fruits, cheeses and soja-based yoghurt.
On the first Sunday of every month an exquisite brunch is served from 11:30 to 14:00. At that time, the Blu Pool is available for a reduced rate (limited to 25 participants). Additionally, special buffets at Easter, Christmas and all Advent Sundays are offered. Please make reservations well in advance.
Rôtisserie can be reserved for special events with 20 or more guests. The chef can prepare a special menu or buffet for these gatherings.
