As one of the largest ballrooms in the city, this elegant space features nearly 950 square metres that can seat up to 1,100 guests. The ballroom can also be divided into two separate spaces for smaller events, and a large pre-function area offers the perfect setting for reception or meeting breaks.
Utshab Banquet Hall
Boasting over 696 square metres, the Utshab banquet hall accommodates business groups and social gatherings for up to 850 guests, theatre style. Positioned on the ground level with separate guest pick-up and drop-off points, the hall includes modern audiovisual equipment. The octagon-shaped pre-function area offers the perfect setting for pre-dinner cocktails or a reception.
Madhabi is an intimate meeting room located on level two of the hotel. Guests can utilise it for small meetings, training sessions and banquets. Offering approximately 83 square metres, this space can accommodate 65 guests in theatre style and 50 guests around round tables.
Adjacent to the Business Class Lounge on the eighth floor, the Boardroom is a private space that seats up to 12 people. This room is approximately 29 square metres in size.
Business Centre Meeting Rooms
Located on the lobby level, the business centre offers two meeting spaces. The Boardroom is approximately 51 square metres and can accommodate 16 guests. Offering space for six attendees, the Executive Room is a smaller room with approximately 18 square metres and is situated within the business centre.
Mahua is a smaller meeting room located on the second level. Guests can utilise the room for small meetings, training sessions and banquets. Offering approximately 70 square metres, this space can accommodate 40 guests in theatre style and 36 guests around round tables.
