Serena Espoo is the largest water park not just in Finland but across the Nordics, making it perfect for friends and families looking to make a splash.
At Serena Espoo, visitors will find all sorts of flumes, waterfalls, whirlpools and slides as well as swimming pools, wave pools, streams and saunas. At Serena, the adventurous can brave the waves, rapids or water slides, while those who are looking for relaxation can float down a river-shaped pool, unwind on a sun terrace or try the sauna which is carved rather uniquely into a rock-face.
Serena - open in winter and summer
Espoo is not just home to Serena Water Park - it's also home to Santa's summerhouse, meaning plenty of children and families visit in summer as well as winter. Fortunately, there is plenty to keep the kids occupied whatever the season at Serena.
In summer, families can try the outdoor pools, slides and thrill rides and during winter they can try the heated pools, indoor waterslides and rock-face sauna. There is also a ski-school at Serena Espoo, so if the children tire of the slides they can also have some fun on the slopes.
