Beginning with the Super Breakfast Buffet and continuing with Mediterranean fare throughout the day, Gaía (meaning “earth” from Greek mythology) offers all diners a bountiful home. Taste and share small meals like Spanish tapas, Italian antipasti and Mediterranean meat and fish dishes. Executive Chef Oliver Schakow and Restaurant Manager Ilona Ott-Hsia and their teams promise to please.

Gaía seats 70, and the adjacent Rose Room will seat an additional 60 guests. The Rose Room can be separated from the main dining room with designer curtains and booked for exclusive events.
