The Radisson Blu basic conference package ”Blu 4 You” offers standard packages in all participating Radisson Blu Hotels in Germany and fits the basic needs for any successful event. The ”Blu 4 You” conference package includes the following items, bookable from 10 attendees:
- LCD-projector, screen, flipchart, moderation and writing material for attendees and referent in the main meeting room
- Wireless internet access for all attendees
- Room rental for the main meeting room according to the number of participants
- Coffee and tea specialties during the coffee breaks
- Unlimited mineral water (still + sparkling) in the main meeting room and during lunch
