In 1926, Mille Miglia was the name given to an open-road race for sport and touring cars that raced over 1,000 miles from Brescia (Lombardia) to Rome (Lazio) via Firenze (Toscana) and back. The hotel's Italian restaurant is inspired by the progressive design, elegance and relaxed atmosphere of the Mille Miglia race, and the menu highlights the distinctive cuisine and wines of the regions of Lombardia, Emilia-Romagna, Toscana, Lazio and Le Marche.
