Geide's Cooking Class
Join Executive Chef Marcel Geide for a behind-the-scenes look at cooking in the intriguing hotel kitchen. From the appetiser to dessert, Geide will demonstrate how to prepare a superb three-course menu.
The exclusive class whets guests' appetites with an elegant reception featuring aperitifs and canapés. As Geide shares his tips and techniques, class participants are invited to ask questions and, finally, to taste the delectable meal, served in the charming, casual atmosphere of Luce Restaurant.
This event should be booked at least 72 hours in advance. A minimum of 10 participants is required. The class can accommodate a maximum of 20 students.

Aperitif Boxes - Office Catering
Enhance delegates’ conference experience by providing delicious boxed meals, available through the hotel. The boxed meals provide a delicious break while streamlining meeting mealtimes.
Prepared fresh daily, the menu choices include the Swiss option, which offers a sausage and cheese salad, dried beef tartare and dark bread with butter, and the casual Mediterranean, which features scallops on red onion confit, rare roast entrecote of lamb, olives and Parmesan. Other choices include a selection of sandwiches, an Asian meal and a vegetarian option. All meals include a beverage from Luce Restaurant.
