Join Executive Chef Marcel Geide for a behind-the-scenes look at cooking in the intriguing hotel kitchen. From appetiser to dessert, Geide will demonstrate how to prepare a suberb three-course menu.

The exclusive class whets guests' appetites with an elegant reception featuring aperitifs and canapés. As Geide shares his tips and techniques, class participants are invited to ask questions and, finally, to taste the delectable meal, served in the charming, casual atmosphere of Restaurant Luce.

Conditions:
This event should be booked at least 72 hours in advance. A minimum of 10 participants is required. The class can accommodate a maximum of 20 students.
