Group Cancellation Conditions

The Client shall be entitled to cancel all or part of the booking for the Event. Any Client wishing to exercise its right to cancel must notify its cancellation to the Hotel in writing. Cancellation shall automatically result in the obligation for the Client to pay compensation to the Hotel in accordance with the conditions set out hereinafter:Catering Services

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel at the latest thirty (30) calendar days before the date of the Event, the Client will not be charge for cancellation fees.

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel between twenty-nine (29) and fifteen (15) calendar days before the scheduled date of arrival at the Hotel, the Client must pay compensation to the Hotel amounting to fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the Event cancelled, inclusive of VAT.

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel between fourteen (14) and three (3) calendar days before the date of the Event, the Client must pay compensation to the Hotel amounting to seventy five percent (75%) of the total amount of the Event cancelled, inclusive of VAT.

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel less than three (3) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) before the scheduled date of arrival at the Hotel, the Client must pay compensation to the Hotel for the full amount of the Event, inclusive of VAT.

Accommodation Services

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel at the latest ninety (90) days before the scheduled date of arrival at the Hotel, the Client must pay to the Hotel, for each day subject to cancellation, compensation equal to the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of the services cancelled per day of cancellation over and above seventy percent (70%) of the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of the services initially scheduled for such day.

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel between eighty-nine (89) and sixty (60) days before the scheduled date of arrival at the Hotel, the Client must pay to the Hotel, for each day subject to cancellation, compensation equal to the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of the services cancelled per day of cancellation over and above fifty-five percent (55%) of the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of the services initially scheduled for such day.

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel between fifty-nine (59) and thirty (30) days before the scheduled date of arrival at the Hotel, the Client must pay to the Hotel, for each day subject to cancellation, compensation equal to the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of the services cancelled per day of cancellation over and above twenty-five percent (25 %) of the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of the services initially scheduled for such day.

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel between twenty-nine (29) and three (3) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) before the scheduled date of arrival at the Hotel, the Client must pay to the Hotel, for each day subject to cancellation, compensation equal to the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of the services cancelled per day of cancellation over and above ten percent (10 %) of the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of the services initially scheduled for such day.

* If the cancellation, either in part or in full, is received by the Hotel less than three (3) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) before the scheduled date of arrival at the Hotel, the Client must pay to the Hotel compensation equal to the total amount of the services cancelled, inclusive of VAT.

* If a Participant leaves the Hotel before the departure date specified in the Contract, the Hotel shall invoice the Client for the total amount, inclusive of VAT, of all nights and services outstanding until the departure date specified in the Contract, unless the Client has informed the Hotel beforehand that the services are to be paid for directly by the Participants.
