Laundry
Please leave laundry and dry cleaning at the reception by 09:00 (Mon - Fri) for same-day delivery or call OTS. The hotel's three-hour Express Laundry service guarantees clean shirts and underwear in three hours. Express laundry is available from 08:00 - 20:00 (Daily), with an extra charge (no dry cleaning).
Parking
Hotel parking places are located in front of and behind the hotel. Payment must be presented upon arrival to the automats located at the parking area. Parking fee is 10 EUR for 24 hours.
Business Services
A business centre for laptops and a desktop, printer and Free high-speed, wireless Internet access is available next to the conference lobby on the first floor. Guests requiring copying, scanning or faxing should contact reception.
Pets
The hotel has put together a special welcome pack with useful information and small treats. A pet room can be requested upon reservation for an extra fee.
