Chef Roman Paulus
Michelin-starred executive chef Roman Paulus came to The Alcron restaurant in Prague from the city’s Czec-House Grill & Rotisserie. After a start in 1990s Austria, Paulus worked in London's Hotel Savoy and, like his predecessor Jiri Stift, travelled the world on ocean liner Queen Elizabeth 2. Following this important career experience, he returned to Austria.
