Inspired by the Italian region Tre Venezie, or three Venices, OSTeRIA serves the finest in Italian food and wine alongside regional favourites. The texture and flavour of the food is also associated with the wholesome cooking culture of the nearby Tyrol and retains a healthy Mediterranean and regional influence. This Rostock restaurant invites guests to take part in a Venetian ritual: Andar per ombre, which means "let's go for a drink, a bit to eat and a chat in a welcoming osteria."
