The Radisson Blu basic conference package ”Blu 4 You” offers standard packages in all participating Radisson Blu Hotels in Germany, covering the essentials for any successful event. The ”Blu 4 You” conference package includes the following items, bookable from 10 attendees:

• LCD projector, screen, flip chart, moderation and writing material for attendees and referent in the main meeting room
• Wireless Internet access for all attendees
• Room rental for the main meeting room, according to the number of participants 
• Coffee and tea specialities during breaks 
• Unlimited mineral water (still and sparkling) in the main meeting room and during lunch
