Radisson Blu Hotel, St. Gallen

Herb Garden

The masterpiece of chef Jan Brosinsky, the hotel's herb garden picks are available during the season (May - October), with over 50 different kitchen herbs. Jan Brosinsky maintains this herb garden himself and loves the variety of dishes inspired by the fresh, seasonal herbs. At least once a day the herbs are plucked by the staff of the Restaurant olivé kitchen and used directly in the main dishes of the Mediterranean menu.

The herb garden also welcomes local visitors. Set in a relaxing atmosphere, this herb garden welcomes guests and can host a group of 8 - 20 people for a remarkable barbecue, an ideal outdoor event during summer. Guests are treated to 10 different salads, grilled meat, fish (catch of the day), vegetables and dessert.

Herbalism and a diploma in the price of CHF 89.00 per person are included.
