The hotel's largest banquet room can accommodate up to 250 guests in classroom-style seating and up to 800 guests for a cocktail party.

Meeting Facilities Floor Plan

Kusta
Kustaa is the hotel’s largest meeting room. The room has an elevated stage for performances. One wall of Kustaa has windows reaching from the floor to the ceiling, and the room has a beautiful view of the River Aura. The facilities are excellent for meetings and dinners. The maximum capacity of Kustaa in a classroom-style is 100 and 180 people theatre-style 180. The facility can be combined with the adjacent Juhana room, which increases the maximum capacity to 350 people in theatre-style. The room has a PA system for speaking.

Juhana
Juhana is the second largest meeting room in the hotel. One wall of Juhana has windows reaching from floor to ceiling, and the room has a beautiful view to the River Aura. The maximum capacity of Juhana in a classroom-style is 100 and in a theatre-style is 160 people. The facility can be combined with the Kustaa room next door, which increases the maximum capacity to 350 people in a theatre- style. Juhana can also be joined with the Crystal Hall next door, which makes the facility perfect for dinner parties, feasts and fairs. The facility has a PA system for speaking.

Pietari
The maximum capacity of Pietari in a classroom format is 48 people. One wall of Pietari has windows reaching from floor to ceiling, and the room has a beautiful view to the River Aura. The room can be combined with the Kristiina facility next to it, in which the maximum capacity in a classroom-style is 90 and in a theatre-style 160 people. Pietari can also be combined with the Crystal Hall next door, which makes the facility perfect for dinner parties, feasts and fairs.

Kristiina
The maximum capacity of Kristiina in a classroom-style is 48 people. One wall of Kristiina has windows reaching from floor to ceiling, and the room has a beautiful view to the River Aura. The room can be combined with the Pietari facility next to it, in which the maximum capacity in a classroom-style is 90 people and in a theatre-style is 160 people.

EERIK
The maximum capacity of Eerik in a classroom format is 24. One wall of Eerik has windows reaching from the floor to the ceiling, and the room has a beautiful view to the River Aura. Eerik also functions excellently as a group work facility. The room can be combined with the Katariina facility next to it, in which case the maximum capacity in a classroom style is 48 people and in a theatre style 60 people.

Katariina
The maximum capacity of Katariina in a classroom style is 24 people. One wall of Katariina has windows reaching from the floor to the ceiling, and the room has a beautiful view to the River Aura. The room also has a balcony of its own. Katariina also functions excellently as a group work facility. The room can be combined with the Eerik facility next to it, in which case the maximum capacity in a classroom style is 48 people and in a theatre style 60 people.

Board Room
The Board Room is equipped with a diplomat table and comfortable leather work chairs suitable for the needs of 10 people. One wall of the room has windows reaching from the floor to the ceiling. The room functions excellently for small meetings and as a group work facility.

Brahe Sauna
The Brahe Sauna has a diplomat table for eight people. The facility is perfect for small meetings and group work. The facility also has a Play Station game console, a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. Delegates can reserve sauna facilities with a traditional sauna and a steam sauna. The facility has separate dressing rooms for men and women.

The River Salon
The River Salon is located on the first floor right next to the River Aura, along with the Aurora Restaurant. The facility has two walls with windows reaching from floor to ceiling, and has a beautiful view to the River Aura. The River Salon includes a diplomat table suitable for a group of 10 people. The room is excellent for small meetings, group work and dinner occasions.

The Library
The Library is a stylish meeting room furnished with dark wood. It is located on the street level along with the Aurora Restaurant. One wall of the Library has windows reaching from the floor to the ceiling. Thus, the facility has beautiful natural light. The maximum capacity of the room in a diplomat style is 20 people. The facility is also excellent for meetings and group work. The Library is also suitable for dining, in which the maximum capacity is 30 people at separate tables.
