Conference rooms in Warsaw provide options for events
The hotel's eight flexible conference rooms in Warsaw offer options to make every event a success. Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, the Polonia Ballroom, the largest meeting room available, spans 346 square metres and can accommodate up to 400 seated guests.
The ballroom can be divided into three separate rooms to accommodate 120 seated guests each. Boasting a professional sound system and high ceilings, the Polonia Ballroom is the ideal venue for private functions and business events. The Wiosna and Lato meeting rooms can be combined for a maximum capacity of 100 or divided to provide a cosy atmosphere for a group of 50. The hotel's additional conference rooms are perfect for smaller events and intimate meetings, and Restaurant Ogrodowa can be booked for private parties. A variety of meeting and conference packages are available.
