The Filini Restaurant offers in March traditional Italian cuisine, with dishes like Insalata Caprese, Saltimbocca or Piccata Milanese. In April the asparagus season starts with classic dishes and inventive creations such as an asparagus-strawberry strudel. While the angels' wine tower grill offers various lamb specialities like saddle of lamb with maggia pepper crust and herbs or marinated lamb chops.
