Gluten-free products and lactose-free meals are an inherent part of the menu. All products are purchased regionally from controlled cultivation. Some of Amano Verde's most popular dishes include homemade chickpeas-sweet-potato-curry, vegan "king prawns" on sweet potato puree with balsamic lenses, and chocolate timbale on chili nectarines.
The hotel's private dining room is an exquisite enclave adorned with a crystal chandelier and red velvet curtains. A red sliding-glass door provides quiet and privacy for parties of up to 16 guests.
