This offer is valid for meetings and events with a minimum of 10 participants from 01 August 2009 until 31 March 2010. In order to receive the 20% discount on the final invoice, the hotel must receive a signed contract minimum 5 days prior to the event, but latest until 15 December 2009. Eligible items for the 20% discount are: Accommodation including breakfast and all food & beverage costs related to the delegate package, meeting room rental and possible break out rooms during the event. The offer is also valid for events without accommodation. Excluded from this offer are any extra costs such as additional food and beverage costs to the delegate package as well as costs for minibar, pay TV, dry cleaning, laundry, telephone and fax as well as any costs related to external suppliers such as audi-visual equipment, transfers or incentive programs. During the invoicing process the reduction will be automatically applied to the eligible items and shown by individual account. The discount is only valid for meetings and events which actually took place until 31 March 2010, any cancellation costs are not eligible for discount. The offer is only valid for new booking requests as of 01 August 2009 in participating hotels and is valid upon request and availability.
