Bistro Fax Restaurant & Bar
Set within a modern, chic space, Bistro Fax Restaurant & Bar serves one of the city's most exciting gourmet buffet breakfasts. On Sunday night Bistro Fax is open for dinner and is one of the few hotel restaurants in Sydney to also offer BYO; the corkage is only $13 per bottle.
Bistro Fax Restaurant is now available for private events, beginning at 11:00 every day. Its naturally sunbathed room with gorgeous Georgian-style windows makes it perfect for any reception or private event like a book launch. The restaurant seats up to 70 people for private dining.

The lower bar area seats up to 30 drinkers and diners, featuring an impressive marble and stone bar top with stool seating, and serves its casual menu that includes charred beef tartare and the Bentley sandwich. The 80-seat dining room also features a private dining and event space for up to 40 people.
