The Congress Centre meeting rooms are equipped with modern multimedia equipment, presentation screens, Free high-speed, wireless Internet access, tables with built-in power supply and ergonomic chairs. A video communication system provides an independent video output that can be displayed on three projection screens, the presidium’s LCD monitors and the operator’s control monitors.

A technological broadcasting system uses five color rotatable cameras to maintain positioning on the speaker. The sound amplification system ensures a comfortable volume level for event participants.
In addition to the state-of-the-art technical equipment, the meeting rooms are equipped with adjustable lighting, air conditioning and a system for simultaneous translation in eight languages.
The hotel complex has 11 function rooms:
- Premier Hall (can be divided into three rooms): 1500 m2
- Two conference rooms, Golden Hall and Silver Hall: 350 m2 and 325 m2
- Eight conference or breakout rooms (M1-M8): 36 - 60 m2 each
