- Reservations can be made only for stays during the conference period (6 Mar - 21 Mar 2012).
- Tourist Tax (1 EUR per person per day) is not included in price
- Reservations cancelled 24 hours before arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit
- Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged one night as cancellation fee
- No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the reservation
