The Radisson Blu Resort, Split, part of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the fastest growing hospitality companies worldwide, further enhances its commitment to Responsible Business by announcing its recent Green Key certification.
The resort is the first hotel in Croatia to earn the Green Key. Green Key® is a prestigious international global eco-label for the leisure industry. In order to gain Green Key certification, hotels have to fulfil a list of environmental requirements covering a wide range of criteria, from environmental standards to demands on policy, availability of action plans, education and communication. Obtaining the Green Key shows the sense of responsibility an organisation commits to its surroundings and society.
The company-wide Responsible Business programme of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group was launched in 2001 and comprises responsibility for guest and employee health and safety, respect for social and ethical issues within the company and reduced environmental impact.
