Chef Brazier’s world-class cuisine combines fresh, lively island flavors with classical French techniques. Guests can enjoy an al fresco lunch and refreshing cocktails at C le Restaurant alongside the white sands of the Caribbean Sea or in a private pool cabana. Special menu selections are set depending on the fresh produce the Chef orders each day.  

The C Lounge also provides a beach beverage service to the pool and beach loungers during the day. If you would like a “beach lunch box” on the most picturesque cove in the Caribbean, our chefs will be more than happy to prepare a nutritious picnic – for just the two of you or the for the whole family.
