The river Trysilelva is especially well suited for rafting and other river activities with its relatively warm water. The stretch on which the rafting occurs is approximately 12 kilometres, with calm sections of the river in between the rapids. The actual time on the river is two to three hours, and the trip could end with a warm meal and coffee. The season is from May to September.
Bring your company for an intense and adrenaline-pumping session as "weekend warriors" at the wilderness camp Grasmo, south of Trysil. Equipment like paintball markers, jumpsuit and face masks will be provided, as well as plenty of bullets.

The high-altitude course consists of different elements of balancing wires, trapezes, ladders and nerve-wracking challenges. At this course, guests can safely challenge themselves and their colleagues to perform acts like climbing to the top of a high pole only to jump and try to catch a trapeze six metres above the ground. Like a glittering diamond chain, the Trysil River runs through a landscape of mountains and forests on its way south where it crosses the Swedish border. The Trysil River contains brown trout, grayling, whitefish, pike, some perch and minnows. However, the grayling is the dominating species. Rowing boats for rent and fly fishing lessons are available. The season is from 1 June until 15 Sept.
In the Trysil area, there are many hiking routes from easy to difficult trips. These routes will give anyone a true taste of Trysil Mountain's nature and spirit for as long as legs can endure. No previous experience is necessary.
