Travel to Gothenburg by plane to either Gothenburg Landvetter Airport or Gothenburg City Airport. Gothenburg Landvetter Airport is the major airport to which airlines such as KLM, Lufthansa, British Airline and Scandinavian Airlines fly to. Ryanair uses Gothenburg City Airport.
Ground Transport from and to Gothenburg Landvetter Airport
There is no railway between Gothenburg and the Airport.
Buses, shuttles and taxis operate the ground transport between the city and the airport. Airbus is the express line to and from the city centre.
Airbus Airport Coaches
It takes 20 minutes to travel by airbus airport coach from the airport to the Gothenburg City centre. In the centre, there are bus stops at Korsvägen, Kungsportsplatsen, Nils Ericson terminal and Park Aveny (Nils Ericson Terminal is closest to the hotel).
At the airport, the buses are located directly outside the check-in hall. Tickets (approximately SEK 89 one way) can be bought by the internet or ticket machines at the airport.

Taxis
Taxis are located directly outside the international arrivals hall at Landvetter Airport. It is possible to pay with credit cards in taxis in Sweden. Major taxi companies have a fixed price for travel between the airport and Gothenburg. Always enquire about the price before travelling. Taxi prices are not regulated in Sweden so fares may vary greatly. Look for the mandatory yellow sticker on the vehicle. The median price for a 15 minute ride is SEK 290 - 390. All the big taxi companies offer prices within this range.

Getting to Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel
Arrive to Gothenburg from the airport by bus, disembark the bus at Nils Ericsson Terminal. The most efficient way to the hotel is to use bus line 16 (direction toward: Eketrägatan) from the bus stop Nordstan which is located between Nils Ericsson Terminal/Central Station and Nordstan Shopping Mall. The stop on bus line 16 is Lindholmen and the trip will take approximately ten minutes. Bus line 16 is operated by Västtrafik, which is the public transportation authority in Gothenburg and the western region. Flygbussarna and Västtrafik are also two different companies, so separate tickets are needed.
Remember to buy bus tickets in a store that sells Västtrafik tickets. Tickets may also be purchased at the hotel reception desk.
When arriving by car from the city centre, drive over the Götaälv Bridge and keep left towards Hjalmar Brantingsgatan. At the junction, keep left towards Öckerö/N Älvstranden/Hamnar/Säve/Biskopsgården. Turn left onto Brantingsmotet and continue left onto the exit. Continue south onto Route 155 (Lundbyleden).
Keep left onto Karlavagnsgatan and then turn left onto Regnbågsgatan. At the roundabout, take the first exit and continue onto Lindholmsallén. Drive straight ahead toward the hotel on the left.
