Since 1 Jan 2007, hotels, cafés and restaurants in Brussels must obey the new Tobacco Regulation, whose aim is to reduce the negative effects of passive smoking. The company must implement an aerated locale for smokers, where no food can be served. The Sea Grill Lounge has implemented this regulation. Bar Dessiné is half non smoking.
