The Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel ranks as the most fire-protected hotel in Stockholm. The hotel is equipped with fireproof sections and fireproof doors. Additionally, every room comes furnished with a sprinkler system and top-quality fire alarm.

As part of the security program, the hotel continuously educates its staff in security matters. The hotel maintains a special rescue team consisting of a group of trained employees who can operate during emergencies. A defibrillator and oxygen mask are available at all times. To access the hotel's staircase or to use the elevators, guests must present a key card. Key card access is specially programmed for each guest's stay or conference.
