Brain Food for Meetings
The Brain Food concept is an innovative approach developed by our chefs and nutritionists to ensure that when you meet with us your mind is well taken care of. Eating the right food improves efficiency, the ability to concentrate and mental speed, in addition to lowering stress levels. These are all the right ingredients for a successful meeting!
The six Brain Food principles:
- Lots of fish, whole grain products, fruit and vegetables.
- Primarily fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Pure ingredients with minimal industrial processing.
- Less meat and always a maximum 10% fat content
- Natural sweeteners and never more than 10% added sugar
- Focus on taste that satisfies the senses.
