HOPS AND HOGSOn Thursday, March 28 at 6 p.m., our hotel pays tribute to the magic that happens when pork meets beer in a special dinner in Filini Restaurant. Executive Chef Leonard Ventura has created a four-course menu in partnership with Lagunitas Brewing Company that pairs each of his creative pork-centric dishes with a complementary beer from the innovative brewery. EASTER BRUNCHJoin us for an Easter Champagne Brunch on Sunday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in our Atlantic Ballroom. The buffet features oysters on the half shell, snow crab legs, shrimp cocktail, charcuterie and cheese boards plus a variety of salads. On the hot side, enjoy steak au poivre, rosemary fingerling potatoes and chef’s carving stations. There’s something for the kids too — they will love the custom children’s buffet and a visit from the Easter Bunny!
