On Thursday, March 28 at 6 p.m., our hotel pays tribute to the magic that happens when pork meets beer in a special dinner in Filini Restaurant. Executive Chef Leonard Ventura has created a four-course menu in partnership with Lagunitas Brewing Company that pairs each of his creative pork-centric dishes with a complementary beer from the innovative brewery. In addition, a representative from Lagunitas will be on hand to walk diners through the chosen beers, offering insight to the pairing process. View the full menu and reserve your place.
 

EASTER BRUNCH

Join us for an Easter Champagne Brunch on Sunday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in our Atlantic Ballroom. The buffet features oysters on the half shell, snow crab legs, shrimp cocktail, charcuterie and cheese boards plus a variety of salads. On the hot side, enjoy steak au poivre, rosemary fingerling potatoes and chef’s carving stations. There’s something for the kids too — they will love the custom children’s buffet and a visit from the Easter Bunny!
