"Antwerp pride weekend"

Great stay for a great weekend :) hotel was clean. Great bed. Friendly staff. Location perfect. Only negative was that the pool and spa facilities where not available due to refurbishment. Room service was awesome too! Not a rip off!! Would stay again for sure!!

"Good hotel, but the pool closed and no hot water all night"

A good hotel, but it is currently undergoing a partial renovation. No information about this was provided in advance, so surprisingly the pool was closed and there was no hot water all Saturday night. Surely this information could have been provided at the time of booking, or at least at check in... One lasting - do not expect to receive much of our Gold Card benefits if you have one. A couple of chocolates is all you'll get.

Hotel under renovation. No pool. Pop up restaurant. Elevator issues. And during our stay NO HOT WATER To shower had to walk to nearby hotel in middle of winter. No information from front desk as how long or why. Just we are sorry

Very good Hotel, good location near central railway station. Excelent room ans service, Excelent breakfast. It is very convinient to stay here for buisness and for travel, to walk to Museums and to other beautiful places.

"Very good central hotel experience dispite the building works"

Very good location with clean rooms. Easy to find/get to with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Very close to the main train station. Would like to have been warned about the building works in advance which did cause some disruption. Very good view from our room. We did not try the breakfast as it was a bit too pricey for what it was. Bathroom was clean and spacious as was the bed which was very comfortable.
