The Rezidor gift card is a prepaid gift card available in Euro (EUR) or Pound Sterling (GBP). The gift card can be used to pay hotel charges (any eligible service managed or operated by a participating hotel including applicable taxes) at almost 300 Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson Red, and Park Inn by Radisson, Park Plaza hotels in participating countries.
What kind of gift cards are offered?
There are different types of gift cards:
- A physical gift card that is sold at the hotel and online
- A personalized gift card that can be purchased online: you can upload a picture of your choice on the website, and that picture will be printed on the gift card for an extra cost of 3GBP/4EUR per card.
- An e-gift card, which is an electronic gift card, sent by email. The e-gift card is a perfect last minute gift which can be bought online.
- B2B gift cards are sold in bundles of 25 cards of the same value. They can be ordered through our global sales offices.
Where can I use the gift card?
The gift card can be used to pay hotel charges (any eligible service managed or operated by a participating hotel including applicable taxes) at Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson Red, Park Inn by Radisson and Park Plaza hotels in participating countries.
Besides accommodation, can I also pay for other services with my gift card?
Yes - you can pay for your accommodation, restaurants and services such as health club and spa treatments at the hotel.
How do I use the gift card for payment?
Present the gift card to the reception clerk or waiter at the moment you check-out or when you settle your bill for any other services at the hotel. Your available balance will be checked and the requested amount will be deducted instantly from the gift card. You can pay your invoice totally or partly with the gift card. In case you don't use the whole value of the gift card, the remaining value will be kept on the gift card and can be used another time. No cash refund will be given.
How do I pay with an e-gift card?
You have received an e-gift card with a number and a PIN code via email. Print the e-gift card and present at time of payment at the hotel. It is essential that you bring a print of the e-gift card; without the printout the e-gift card won’t be accepted.
I don't have enough value on my gift card to pay the entire bill. Can I pay the bill partly with my gift card and partly with another payment method?
Yes, in case the value of the gift card is not enough to cover the bill, the rest can be paid by other payment methods.
If I don't use the value of the gift card completely, do I get cash back?
No. The remaining value will stay on the gift card and can be used the next time.
Can I use a Euro (EUR) gift card in a non-euro country or a Pound Sterling (GBP) gift card outside the UK?
Yes. Upon check-out the bill is presented in local currency. Gift cards in EUR and GBP can be used in all participating hotels. The currency exchange rate of the day will be applicable.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
Online: by entering your card number and PIN code mentioned at the back of the gift card or on the e-gift card in the section ‘Balance’. Help desk: you can also call the dedicated Gift Card Support Centre.
What is the validity period of the gift card?
The gift card is valid 24 months after the activation date. You can check the activation date online.
Why should I register my gift card?
Once the card is registered, you can block your card in case it is lost or stolen. The gift card with the remaining value can then be replaced.
My gift card is stolen or lost. Can the gift card be replaced?
If you have registered your gift card, you can block it immediately on this website. Log in, go to ‘my account’ and select ‘report lost’. Please contact the Gift Card Support Centre. Your gift card will be cancelled and replaced with a new one with the remaining value of the lost/stolen gift card. In case the Gift Card is not registered, the card cannot be blocked. In case of loss or theft the card won't be replaced.
Can a gift card be reloaded?
No, this is not possible.
Can I earn Gold Points® or airline miles for stays paid for with the gift card?
Yes, as long as the rate is eligible.

What is the minimum and maximum value of the gift card?
The minimum value is 20 EUR/20 GBP and the maximum value is 150 EUR/100 GBP.
Can I choose the value of the gift card?
When you purchase the gift card at the hotel, you can choose any value between 20 EUR/20 GBP and 150 EUR/100 GBP. When ordering the gift card online or when ordering corporate gift cards, you need to choose from a fixed denomination (20, 50, 75, 100, 150 EUR or 20, 50, 75, 100 GBP).
Can I choose the currency on the gift card?
The gift card is available in EUR or GBP. When purchasing the gift card online, you can choose between the two currencies. Hotels located outside Great Britain offer the gift card in EUR. Both currency gift cards can be used at all participating hotels.

Where can I purchase a gift card?
You can buy a gift card at any Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu (except from Radisson Blu Edwardian), Radisson Red, and Park Inn by Radisson and Park Plaza hotels located in participating countries, via the Gift Card Support Centre (+353 1 215 9051) and online
Can I purchase the gift card and have it delivered to another address as a gift for someone else?
Yes, when the gift card is purchased online or via the Gift Card Support Centre.
Can I include a customized message with the gift card?
Yes, if you buy the gift card at the hotel, you can write your message on the carrier. If you buy the gift card online or through the Gift Card Support Centre, you can add your personal message to be printed on the carrier or on the e-gift card.
Will the gift recipient know how much was loaded on the gift card?
If the gift card is purchased at the hotel, the value can be personally written on the carrier. In case the gift card is purchased online, the value will be printed on the carrier. On an e-gift card the value is mentioned in the email which is sent to the receiver of the gift card.
When is the gift card activated?
If you buy the gift card at the hotel, it is activated at the moment you purchase it.
If you buy the gift card online, it is activated the day after the shipment.
An e-gift card is activated at time of purchase.
How many gift cards can I purchase?
You can purchase a maximum of 24 gift cards in one order. If you want to order more than 24 cards to be sent in bulk to one address, please go to the section 'Corporate gift cards'.
How do I settle the payment?
All gift cards that are purchased at the hotel, online, or via the Gift Card Support Centre will need to be paid by credit card (MasterCard & Visa). We do not accept cash.
I want to cancel my purchase. Is this possible?
When you purchased online, yes it is possible to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after the purchase, provided that the gift card has not been used. You will need to contact the Gift Card Support Centre: We will block the gift card in the system and will refund you on the credit card that has been used for payment.
How long does it take to receive the gift card?
If you purchase the gift card at the hotel, you will receive the activated card immediately.
If you purchase the gift card online, the card will be sent to the address of your choice.
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping preference (for deliveries in the UK, you have the choice between Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail First Class Recorded and Royal Mail Special Delivery - for deliveries in other countries, you have the choice between registered mail and courier). If you purchase an e-gift card, an email with the gift card number and a PIN code will be sent instantly to the person you have indicated as the receiver.
Is there a handling fee or shipment charge?
When the gift card is purchased at the hotel, you receive the gift card at time of purchase. No shipment is needed and therefore no shipment or handling fee applies. The card can be used immediately. When an individual gift card is purchased online, the gift card will be sent to the delivery address. Per gift card, a handling fee of 2.00 EUR/1.95 GBP applies. Shipment costs depend on the country the card is sent to and the type of shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct address. If the gift card cannot be delivered because of a wrong address, the Rezidor Hotel Group cannot be held responsible. It is not possible to send a gift card to a post box address. No handling fee or shipment charges apply for e-gift card.
