The chefs use fresh ingredients and local seasonal produce whenever possible. All the poultry, pork and seafood served at the restaurant comes from suppliers that comply with our high standards. The only beef served at the restaurant comes from certified Meuse-Rhine-Yssel (MRIJ) cattle. Bred in a secure bloodline, these animals enjoy a balanced diet and room to graze, which are reflected in the beef’s superb taste.
