As the whole hotel, the main restaurant is inspired by Swiss chalet style and atmosphere. The restaurant Spun artfully blends the best flavor and high-quality ingredients of the region combining Swiss and Italian cuisine. In cozy surroundings buffets, menus and à la carte dishes including local ingredients and adapting traditional cooking techniques are served for lunch and dinner. At breakfast, the Radisson Blu Super Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Outdoor seating will be available on the fashionable Piazza.

Locals and visitors from different corners of the world alike can enjoy the fine local cuisine of Andermatt and its surroundings. Our chefs source their fresh ingredients from the adjacent valleys of Grisons, the Bern alps, the French speaking Valais-district and the Italian speaking Ticino. Combined with the view of the snow-capped mountains, every guest is guaranteed a true taste of Switzerland.

For special events, our restaurant offers four private dining rooms, which can be decorated and customized to match your expectations.
