This Belfast prison is the only Victorian Era jail remaining in Northern Island and originally housed, men, women and children. Crumlin Road Gaol closed its doors in 1996 and reopened as a tourist attraction in November 2012. Go straight to jail just 15 minutes from Radisson Blu Hotel, Belfast by car.

What to experience at the Crum
Also known as Europe’s Alcatraz, the prison was built between 1843 and 1845 and is now a grade A listed building. To explore Crumlin Road Gaol visitors must participate in a tour, we recommend your wear warm clothes and comfy shoes, the jail is known to be chilly.
