Well suited for both business and personal events, our hotel can accommodate up to 88 guests for banquets and up to 130 in theatre style. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural daylight inside each of the 10 stylish meeting rooms. Delegates can use the updated audiovisual equipment in all rooms to easily share their screens to large wall-mounted TVs. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi, while our Meetings and Events coordinator will help ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Lunar Suite, located on the 2nd floor, is our largest function room with a maximum capacity of 130 people. This suite is made up of 3 individual rooms, Lunar, Lunar One and Lunar Two, which can also be booked separately for smaller events. The Lunar Suite is ideal for events such as private dinners, seminars or product launches.
Water, Light, Mini and Chocolate
Our function rooms on the 3rd floor are Water, Light, Mini and Chocolate. Water and Light can be combined for a maximum capacity of 70 people, and Mini and Chocolate can be combined for a maximum capacity of 60. Alternatively, these rooms can all be booked individually for smaller events. These rooms are ideal for executive level meetings or strategy meetings.
Steam, Oxygen and XRay
Steam, Oxygen and XRay are our smallest meeting rooms. Steam has a maximum capacity of 25 people and Oxygen has a maximum capacity of 10. These 2 rooms are located on the 2nd floor. XRay has a maximum capacity of 10 people and is found on the 3rd floor. These rooms are perfect for business meetings or small training groups.
