At first glance, Bodø can seem like a little town without much to offer in terms of shopping, but looks can be deceiving. In this small town, you will find a charming blend of huge malls and small boutiques that are up to style with both Norwegian and international designs. There has are also a number of places where you can dive deep into the past and find some timeless second hand pieces of clothes, furniture and antiques.

Make sure you plan a trip to the City Nord Mall. With 74 stores spread over three floors, and over 800 parking places and, you won’t find any bigger in the north. At City Nord, you will find stores for any taste and every need from sport and hobbies to electronics, house and home. It’s all here. From the hotel, you are only 2.5km away from this shopper’s delight, requiring a short 30-minute walk. If you don’t feel like walking or the weather isn’t forgiving, it is incredibly easy to hop on one of the regular buses from the center right to City Nord’s doorstop. Bodø also has a number of other shopping malls. Those lying closest to the hotel are the Koch Senter, Glasshuset, Sentrumsgården and the Royal Arkaden.
