Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey

Responsible Travel

Taking responsibility for the environment and the local community plays an important role for the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey. As part of our dedicated Responsible Business (RB) programme, we have a unique RB Action Plan covering areas such as community outreach, environmental improvement, employee well-being and health and safety. One of the priorities in the Action Plan is to encourage guests to take ownership and to travel around the island responsibly.

Our hotel is ideally located in the capital of Jersey, St. Helier. Only a 5-minute walk from the town centre and financial district, the hotel can also easily be reached by public transport. Jersey International Airport is only 25 minutes by bus, and the ferry terminal, Elizabeth Harbour, is only a 5-minute walk away.

Travelling by bus can lower guests’ carbon footprint and save time and money used in car parks. Jersey buses routes cover the whole island, and during summer, visitors can take advantage of bus routes that cover the main tourist attractions and destinations. When travelling from the airport, guests can take the number 15 bus, which stops frequently at Liberation Station, only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Available Bus Routes

Jersey is well known for its Green Lanes and beautiful cycling tracks, on which visitors can explore the island away from main roads. The hotel staff can help you arrange bike rental from Zebra Bike Hire. For those bringing their own bikes, the hotel offers cycle racks on site and recommends running and cycling routes with #BluRoutes.
