The museum fully reproduces the atmosphere and environment of the writer's life in those years - when he went to the Kiev school, was a student at the Kiev Medical University, wrote his world famous novels "The White Guard," "Master and Margarita" and "Theatre Love Story." In each room there are personal belongings, his books, postcards and photographs. The main part of the exhibition is located directly on the second floor, where Mikhail Bulgakov lived. Every year, the family's Easter table is reproduced based on preserved interior photos. And on the 13th of each month, the museum arranges jour fixes, just like Bulgakov's family arranged.
