Discover a vibrant music sceneThe O2 Academy Leeds is situated in a Gothic building known originally as the Coliseum, which hosted different events during the early 20th century. Today, the main room can accommodate 2300 guests: this includes the balcony, which holds 500 people. This is where the main concerts are played, while the smaller gigs take place in the basement, which holds 400 people. The Kaiser Chiefs opened the venue back in 2008, and since then names like Ellie Goulding, Wolfmother, MGMT, Band of Horses and more have played concerts here.

Whether you’re arriving by bike, car or public transport, then you won’t have any trouble getting to the O2. There is level access to the majority of their rooms and auditoriums as well, making the concerts accessible to everyone.
