What to see at Merseyside Maritime Museum

What to experience at the International Slavery Museum
Opened on Slavery Remembrance Day in 2007, it’s the only museum of its kind to examine the history of slavery. It’s an international hub for resources on human rights issues and raises awareness about contemporary slavery and human trafficking. Visit the museum’s three enlightening galleries:

The Merseyside Maritime Museum, International Slavery Museum and Museum of Liverpool are conveniently located on Albert Dock, just a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
The World Museum of Liverpool is located in Liverpool’s City Centre on William Brown Street, just down the road from the Walker Art Gallery. The Museum is a 20-minute walk from the Hotel or 10-minutes by taxi.
